About Haude Levesque

Dr. Haude Levesque hails from the Atlantic coast of France. She earned graduade degrees in fish toxicology and physiology from the University of Quebec and the University of Montreal. She did post-doc work in fish behavior and currently teaches fish biology at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her illustrations appeared in Bug Butts, a nonfiction children's insect book, which won the Animal Behavior Society's Outstanding Children's Science Book award in 2010. She lives in Crystal, MN, with her husband and two sons.
